SoftServe is a multinational company that provides IT solutions. For many years, they have been running what they call an “anniversary program”, where they give personalized gifts to their team of employees on the occasion of work anniversaries. Due to their ever-growing team and their desire to streamline the production and shipping of products, they have partnered with us – they use Gifting as a Service.
Analysis of customer needs and requirements
It all started with joint meetings, where we determined how the whole process should work and learned about SoftServe’s needs as part of their work anniversary gift project for employees.
Personalization of gift packs
And after establishing these initial guidelines, together with Agnieszka from SoftServe, we selected the products, and in turn, as MerchUp, we handled their personalization and production.
Integration of systems
SoftServe has an internal system where, depending on the anniversary, members and members of their team have a choice of different products. Employees receive items such as branded sweatshirts, thermal bottles, laptop cases, picnic blankets, multifunctional backpacks and suitcases. Among them are products from brands such as MerchUp, Dopper, PakIN and Puccini. Each person has a choice of several options tailored to their work anniversary.
Distribution and storage of parcels
We store the packages, and then in due time and according to the schedule we receive from them, we send them to male and female employees.
Our project for SoftServe is a perfect example of how, with Gifting as a Service, we can ease the burden on our customers and take over responsibility for the entire process of manufacturing, magazining, and then shipping packages.
