The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology approached us to create sweatshirts that reflect its unique style and reference Japanese culture. A key element of the design was the striking embroidery on the back and consistent details such as tags and additional embellishments. Thanks to a carefully prepared prototype and polished execution, the final product met the client’s expectations, emphasizing the prestige and visual identity of the university.
About the client
The Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJATK) is a renowned institution of higher education that has been training specialists in fields such as computer science, information management, Japanese culture, interior design and graphic design. Considered the best private IT university in Poland, PJATK enjoys an excellent reputation among both students and graduates.
Client’s needs
PJATK University wanted to create unique sweatshirts that stand out for their design. As they are specialists in graphic design, they provided us with ready-made designs by their graduates. In turn, our task was to reproduce them precisely and work out the technical details of the sweatshirt production so that the final product meets high expectations in terms of both aesthetics and workmanship.

Final design of the sweatshirt
We prepared a prototype of the sweatshirt, which allowed us to evaluate the final result before full production. The sweatshirts were characterized by:
- model: oversize, which is an enlarged, looser cut of our classic kangaroo sweatshirt
- color: classic black
- strings: black, round with finishing (eyelets and aglets) in the same color
- decoration method: embroidery in two places – a large one on the back and a smaller one on the chest
- additional details: sewn-in neck label and external label at the bottom of the sweatshirt
The biggest distinguishing feature of the design was the striking embroidery on the back. Its impressive size and unique design alluded to Japanese culture and the university’s corporate identity, which emphasized its character.
In addition to it, a smaller embroidery was placed on the front of the sweatshirt, which stylistically corresponded with the back design, while creating a cohesive whole.
An additional detail that was applied to take care of the attractive finish of the whole project were dedicated labels. Both those sewn into the neck and those placed at the bottom of the sweatshirt at the hem. Every detail has been taken care of!
Collaboration results
Thanks to great attention to the smallest details and careful attention to every element of the embroidery, the final product fully met PJATK’s expectations. Both in terms of aesthetics and workmanship, the end result is characterized by the highest level of precision, which makes it perfectly in line with the standards and requirements of the university.
The sweatshirts have received an extremely positive response from both students and university staff, who appreciated their high quality, wearing comfort and carefully crafted details. They not only emphasize the unique style and prestige of the PJATK brand, but also build a sense of belonging to the academic community.
The entire process of cooperation was smooth and efficient, which allowed us to deliver a product that fully meets the expectations of the client. The resulting sweatshirts perfectly reflect the spirit of the university, combining functionality, aesthetics and modern design!
