For many years now, they have been running what they call an anniversary program, where they give personalized gifts to their team of employees on the occasion of work anniversaries. Due to their ever-growing team and their desire to streamline the production and shipping of products, they have partnered with us – they use Gifting as a Service.
Analysis of customer needs and requirements
It all started with a few joint meetings and discussions, during which we had the opportunity to discuss in detail how the entire project process should go. At this stage, we focused on getting to know SoftServe’s needs and expectations related to the preparation of gift sets for employees on the occasion of their work anniversaries. Thanks to these meetings, we were able to carefully plan each stage of cooperation and research both the specifics of the project and our client’s individual preferences.
Personalization of gift packs
And after the initial guidelines for the gift sets were set, Agnieszka from SoftServe and I selected the products, and in turn, as MerchUp, we handled their personalization and production.

Integration of systems
SoftServe has an internal system where, depending on the anniversary, members and members of their team can choose different products as part of their gift set.
Employees receive such items as branded sweatshirts, thermal bottles, laptop cases, picnic blankets, multifunctional backpacks and suitcases. Among them are products from brands such as MerchUp, Dopper, PakIN and Puccini. Each person has a choice of several options tailored to his or her work anniversary – so the packages fully meet the person’s preferences, and the contents are eagerly used later!
Distribution and storage of parcels
We stockpile the products that are part of the gift sets prepared especially for SoftServe’s work anniversary. Then, in a timely manner and according to the schedule provided by the client, we complete and carefully package the sets selected by the employees. We send the finished packages directly to SoftServe’s employees, making sure that each shipment arrives on time and in perfect condition.
