Who are we looking for?
🏢 We are looking for an organized person for the position of Office Assistant who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your tasks will also include managing basic financial issues.

What will you do on a daily basis?
- Handling correspondence and documentation – managing incoming and outgoing mail, recording contracts
- Planning and organization of corporate events – integrations, team meetings
- Support to the Operations Department in finance and accounting – invoice circulation, document control
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process – onboarding employees, managing equipment and accesses
- Managing relationships with suppliers and partners – negotiations, supervision of external services
- Office organization and administration – supplies, taking care of work space
Requirements:
- Good work organization and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and workflow
- Ability to use office tools (Office suite)
- Meticulousness and accuracy
- Independence and ability to take initiative
- Communication and teamwork skills
